All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The lead time for orders is typically 7-10 days (when in stock) - up to 4 weeks when on order, as they are custom made, during which the product is manufactured and shipped to the customer's specified address. It is important to note that lead times may vary based on current demand and shipping times may be affected by factors such as customs clearance and local delivery schedules. To ensure the timely delivery of your order, please make sure to provide accurate and complete shipping information. By placing an order for our Garlic Baskets, you agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that the lead time is generally 7-10 days is an estimate and not a guarantee.
Please note that lead time and courier delivery time are two separate timeframes.
- Product lead time: the estimated number of working days required to prepare, make or source your item before dispatch. Each item has its own lead time, shown in red above. Where stock is available or an order is completed sooner, we will always endeavour to dispatch as quickly as possible.
- Courier delivery: approximately 2 to 7 working days once your order is complete and handed to the courier, depending on your location (regional or city centre). Courier transit begins only after your order has been completed and dispatched, and should not be confused with the product lead time shown above.
